It’s no secret that some of our favorite summer cocktails can wreak havoc on our “Beach Body” diet plans. After months of saying, “No, Thank You!” to dessert, we hear that one question that threatens to derail all of our progress: “Another Margarita?”
Well, fret not! I have a “skinny” take on the classic cocktail that is full of flavor and requires no extra time on the treadmill.

Skinny Blue Margarita Recipe:
2 oz good Tequila (about a shot and a half)
1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Light Lemonade
Fresh Juice from a wedge of lime
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, shake vigorously, and serve up in (an oversized
) martini glass.

I’m not at a big margarita person at all, but I’m going to try it because you posted it on here and made it look so delicious. (The video quality is excellent also, and you should be on TV.) But I have to ask: what is “light lemonade”? Can I use real lemonade (with less sugar) or should I only use the prepared kind?
